INFORMATION REQUIRED UNDER LEGISLATIVE DECREE 30 June 2003 n. 196
The All.co Group, the company running the website www.allco.it (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), manages information in relation to the processing of personal data provided by users for the use of services offered by the Site (hereinafter the “Services”) in accordance with Leg.Decree 196/03 (the Data Protection Code) as later supplemented and modified (hereinafter the “Code”).
For the purposes of art. 13 of the Code we inform you as follows:
1 – Personal data will be processed (as defined by art. 4, cl.1(a) of the Code) by means of automatic archiving in the www.allco.it information system, for purposes connected with All.co Group activities and the Services:
1.1. for sending commercial communications relating to the All.co Group and/or the Services and activities of the All.co Group;
1.2. with prior explicit consent only, for sending commercial communications relating to the activities of third parties.
2 – Personal data must be given in order to register on the www.allco.it site and use the Services. Failure to give the personal data requested will result in non-registration with the Site. Registration is free but conditional on the receipt of personal information and acceptance of the general conditions of contract. The All.co Group reserves the right to cancel registration with www.allco.it and to interrupt provision of the Services should the information provided prove to be untrue.
3 – Where the user does not wish to give permission for the use of information as indicated in clause 1.2 above, the refusal will have no consequence on registration with www.allco.it or on the contractual relationship in course and the information provided will be used solely for the purposes indicated in clause 1.1 above, which are strictly connected to performance of the Services.
4 – Personal information provided may only be communicated to:
4.1 connected or subsidiary companies within the All.co Group, for the same purposes as those for which the information was collected;
4.2. public or private organisations in order to comply with obligations under the contract, or as required by law or EC legislation;
4.3. personal information may be transferred abroad with prior consent and within the limits laid down by art. 42, 43, 44 and 45 of the Code.
5 – Arts 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the Code give the user certain rights in relation to use of personal information, including:
5.1 the right to know that the information is being used, through access to the register or by applying to the person responsible for use of the information;
5.2 the right for such information to be updated, corrected or supplemented or cancelled, made anonymous or blocked where used in breach of legal provisions;
5.3 the right to object, for valid reasons only, to uses in accordance with the purposes indicated above;
5.4 the right to object to use of the information for commercial or promotional purposes, for sending advertising materials or carrying out market research.
