We carry out an on-going selection process throughout Italy through an evaluation of each candidate’s characteristics, professional skills and potential. The process consists of various phases and involves a preliminary interview with All.co Group selection experts, a further interview with technical management and/or personnel and a final evaluation.
New employees are also given periods of individual counselling (self-awareness courses) to assist them to understand their aspirations and the degree to which these coincide with the role they are asked to fulfil, in the belief that greater awareness leads to a better realization of human and company expectations.
